Your settings seem to be fine but the record button is not available ?
Try this :
Go to your Windows Settings > System > Sound > under Related Settings, click on "Sound Control Panel"
In the Recording tab, click on your microphone and click on Properties:
In the Advanced tab, select 2 channel 16 bit 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)
Click "Apply" and "OK".
Restart Dartfish and try again in the Present mode.
